Aliso Air uses computer aided drafting (C.A.D.) to design the HVAC systems for all new residential tract homes. We work on the preliminary home design with builders, architects and engineers in developing a mechanical design that works with the architecture of the home and the builder’s budget.

Our installation crews have been trained in mechanical design installation as well as factory trained on the technical aspect of all HVAC equipment. Our superintendents and job site foremen have years of experience in dealing with tight production schedules that are set upon builders throughout different cycles of the year.

Every home that Aliso Air works on is started up using the guidelines set by the State of California Energy Commission sponsored “ Verified” program. This program certifies the proper charging and airflow of the system to confirm that the A/C system is working at its proper efficiency. “Verified” refrigerant charge and airflow saves energy, helps extend compressor life and helps reduce compressor noise.

Aliso Air offers an option program to the homebuyer where they can select upgraded mechanical equipment including high efficiency furnaces with variable speed motors, high efficiency air conditioning units, Honeywell air cleaners and touch screen thermostats. All the homebuyers are given an option package that comes complete with color brochures and specifications to help them design which upgrade fits with their budget and lifestyle.

Mechanical drawings are designed on an individual basis with each homeowner to satisfy each homeowners specific needs with respect to room to room zoning, equipment selection and air register locations. We also offer a wide range of upgraded items including high efficiency air conditioning with extended warranties and quiet sound ratings, electronic air cleaners, programmable thermostats and deluxe bar type registers
